瑪俐歐醫生+耀西的餅乾+花仙子的遊戲
簡易上手，支援至多4人同玩！
在這款遊戲中，將包括1995年在SFC上推出的「花仙子方塊（Panel de Pon）」、1998年在SFC上推出的「瑪俐歐醫生（Dr. Mario）」與1993年在SFC上推出的「耀西餅乾（Yoshi’s Cookie）」等三款遊戲完全集聚一堂，遊戲最多支援玩家四人同樂，讓玩家能與朋友一起對戰遊樂。
‧花仙子方塊：
可愛的角色登場！將7種板子左右移動換位，相同種類的板子3個就可以消掉的簡單遊玩規則。對戰當中玩出大連鎖攻擊對手吧！
‧瑪俐歐醫生：
將膠囊咕嚕咕嚕地轉動來把病毒退散，只要4個相同顏色就可以消除病毒！將病毒全部清除就可以向下一關前進了；但是病毒滋生到最頂端瓶口就GAME OVER了喔～～～。
‧耀西的餅乾：
各式各樣不同的餅乾按住按鈕來移動排列位置，只要橫的或是直的一樣就可以消除一整列或一整行。消除一整列或行的耀西頭還會陷害對手來讓自己處於有利位置的喔！
